Consulting Services

We will meet with you to discuss your event, provide event ideas, as well as provide references and referrals. We will provide event budget specs and consulting services to kick-start your planning.

Day-Of Coordination

You’ve planned your event, now enjoy it and leave the day-of tasks to us. We will ensure the smooth execution of the event timeline, vendor participation, photography/videography, guests support.

Rate: $800/day (up to 16 hours)

Partial Event Planner

We are the experts who assist with coordinating your event at least 30 days prior to the event date; making sure all vendors have been secured, photographers, decorations, rehearsals, guest are contacted as needed, and the venue is prepared. We assist with last minute tasks including the Day-Of Coordination services.

Rate: $1,250*
(*Flat rate to include agreed upon hours as designated event needs)
